Wedding Package #2 – Rent now for early fall 2023 weddings/events!
$2500 ~ Access to all of the main floor and bedroom/Airbnb space upstairs of Sikes from 12pm on Friday until 12pm on Sunday. This package is available to rent now for events happening in early fall 2023! This package includes the Airbnb space available upstairs. The space has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchenette, and large lounge area.
Wedding Package #3
$1500 ~ Access to all of the main floor of Sikes from Saturday morning until noon Sunday
Wedding Package #4 – Rent now for early fall 2023 weddings/events!
$1750 ~ Access to all of the main floor and bedroom/Airbnb space upstairs of Sikes from Saturday morning until 12pm on Sunday. This package is available to rent now for events happening in early fall 2023!
Wedding Package #5
$1000 ~ Access to all of the main floor of Sikes from Saturday morning until Midnight
All wedding packages include the following:
*Meeting at least 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding to walk through Sikes and discuss the details of your weekend
*You can use any caterer or vendor you would like for your event. We just ask that you add them to the vendor contact list so we know who to contact if needed.
*The weekend of your event you will be given a code to the door and you will have access to the building during the duration of our rental. We will not be there to serve or decorate during your event.
*We will have the tables and chairs set up for you in the arrangement we discuss during our meeting. You are free to move them around however you would like though.
*You will need to provide table coverings (required)
*Provide your own table service
*Access to the kitchen. It must be cleaned and put back how it was or there will be an additional fee charged. There are a variety of refrigerators and freezers available for your use. A gas range, oven, fryer, and warming table are also in the kitchen.
*You have unlimited use of the commercial ice machine.
*The sound system that is wired throughout the entire main level is available for you to use. The Bletcher room also has a projector.
*Clean any spills, take out all trash, and we will clean the rest.
*Sikes Venue is handicap accessible.
*A liquor liability insurance policy will be required if you are serving alcohol.
*We will help connect you to other local businesses if you are needing flowers, caterers, alcohol, dress alterations, photographer, baker, etc.
**50% deposit is needed to reserve your date*
Small Party – Bletcher Room

Access to this room for one day. There is a refridgerator and projector available.
Small Party – Nelson Room

Access to this room for one day. This room does have a refridgerator.
Mid-Size Party Bletcher and Nelson Rooms

All Room Rentals Include the Following:

*Sound system and ice machine available
*Please clean any spills, take out the trash, and we will clean the rest.
**No kitchen access (if you would like to use the kitchen there will be an additional fee)
Please note that the bathroom is in the Bletcher room so you and your guests will have to go over there to use the restroom.
